About the event
Sound Bath for Sleeping Difficulties
If you’re struggling with falling asleep, staying asleep, or simply waking up tired, this special Sound Bath workshop is designed to help you restore your natural sleep rhythm and enhance the quality of your rest.
Over the course of two sessions (one each week), we’ll use the gentle power of sound to calm your mind and body.
What’s Included:
Guided sound therapy with Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gong, and therapeutic percussion
Deep relaxation techniques to soothe the nervous system and reduce stress
A supportive, structured approach to naturally improve sleep patterns
This is more than just rest—it’s a chance to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm, in a safe and nurturing space.
Come experience how sound can lead to stillness.
Before & After:You’ll be asked to complete a short anonymous questionnaire before and after the sessions.The collective findings will contribute to BAST research and be shared on our website.
Important Information for Participants:
1. If you have any mobility difficulties or cannot lie on the floor, kindly inform us in
advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for your comfort.
2. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a bottle of water. Mats,
blankets, and pillows will be provided for your convenience.
3. Please note that some sessions may be recorded for training and educational purposes.
If this applies to your session, we will inform you in advance and ensure your privacy
is respected.
Who Should Avoid This Session? Before attending, please inform us if any of the following
apply to you:
1. If you are pregnant and less than three months along.
2. If you have epilepsy, seizures, or a sound-triggered condition.
3. If you are currently being treated for, or have a history of, clinical depression, bipolar
disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, paranoid schizophrenia, or other
severe mental health conditions.
4. If you have been diagnosed with PTSD or believe you may have PTSD.
5. If you have had recent surgery or a medical procedure with complications or ongoing
pain.
6. If you have severe allergies or require life-saving medication (e.g., EpiPen).
7. If you have a serious medical condition or special needs.
8. If you have difficulty lying on the floor and may prefer to sit in a chair.
9. If you have metal implants, such as pins or joint replacements.
10. If you are under 18 or considered a vulnerable adult.

ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
